The Healing Powers of Rose with Sondra Hamilton

"A rose by any other name would smell as sweet..."

~ William Shakespeare, Romeo + Juliet

There is always so much that can be said when it comes to rose- it is truly a deeply healing plant on a multitude of levels. In this episode, I speak with mystic herbalist and Ayurvedic health counselor, Sondra Hamilton, who shares her healing journey + dance with rose.

Topics discussed include the magical Hampi rosa of the Sacred Valley of Peru, spiritual bathing + plant baths, and opening our hearts to receiving love. Sondra also shares some of her favorite ways of working with roses, and some of the energetic aspects of this ubiquitous and powerful flower.

If this episode inspires you to visit + support the Sacred Valley of Peru, be sure to read further for donation opportunities, and check out for the upcoming Peru retreat Sondra and I will be hosting this fall.
